Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of quality of service can I expect?
All of our technicians are fully trained and vetted with panel beater/spray painter repair backgrounds. We aim for perfection for each and every repair we complete and as a result, we are confident in the standard of work being delivered.
What areas do you cover?
We service most areas within a 25km radius of Sydney CBD concentrating in the North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and Inner Sydney.
What is your turnaround time for repairs?
All repairs we complete usually will take no longer than 3 hours depending on how in-depth the repair is. We advise that you allow more time than this for us to complete the work. If we are rushed the repair may not be completed properly.
How much do you charge for your repair service?
Each case is different so the pricing also varies depending on the level of damage. When requesting an estimate, we require potential clients to send us a few clear photos of the damage from different angles so that we can provide an accurate quote for the repair.
Can you repair my car anywhere?
We can complete the repair for your vehicle on any private property that has sufficient room to park off-street and a power outlet within the vicinity of 30 meters from where your car is parked. Our team can bring work lights if your car is in an enclosed parking garage but we do prefer natural lighting for a higher quality outcome. We do not conduct repairs on public streets.
Do you repair stone chips?
Each repair we do is different and the price depends on the amount of damage on either your alloy or bumper. Please send us a photo where the damage can be clearly seen to ensure we can give an accurate price. Our repairs are as effective as a body shop at a fraction of the cost.
How do you get exactly the same color as the original?
All vehicles have a paint color code that is usually located on the VIN Stamp which is found in different positions around the car depending on the manufacturer. Our state-of-the-art paint system simply requires this code to be entered and it will accurately tell us how to mix your paint accordingly to create the same color. We don’t paint cars which are more than 20 years old.
How soon after the repair can I use my car?
On warm days over 20 degrees, we suggest you wait a minimum of 1 hour with the car preferably in the sun before you drive it. If it’s a cold day without rain we suggest you double this amount of time. If we complete the work in a garage on a rainy day or there is a threat of rain on the repair day we have portable baking machines that will dry the repair so the car can be driven immediately even if raining.
